Season ticket sales

You should get them for all home games. It's advertised as ifollow live access to all 23 home games. And some people are buying season tickets with no intention of attending.

There was a discussion on twitter with Ryan Sparks about this last night.

 

Yes, that's what I've done, but when I try and submit the form (with allow emails box ticked), it won't, because all my other details such as name, membership number and email address, are the same.
I just get an error message saying these details already exist.

 

I've wondered about that, if you're designated with a claret ticket can you still get free i-follow access if you don't attend, maybe you are reluctant to go because of the virus for example..

 

I took it that the agreement to receiving emails box at the bottom was related to getting promotional material in line with what city have to to do under GDPR (data protection) regulations. If you don't tick this you won't get emails from the club about all and sundry. If you do, you will. If you have completed just the top part with your name, season ticket number and email address and pressed submit you will be ok.

 

When I did it I couldn't submit the form without ticking the e-mail box......

City are the one club that are clearly stating the ifollow pass is for all home games this season. They do not appear to have stipulated anywhere that this will be withdrawn at any point, whereas all the information I've seen from other clubs does say it will cease when capacity allows all season ticket holders into the ground. I'm not sure how City are able to offer this if others clubs aren't, it's great that they are, but I hope they aren't leaving themselves open to possible refund requests for miss selling if it turns out what they are offering isn't deliverable.

This will remain the case until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted in full. You are, however, able to view each of City’s 23 home 2020/21 Sky Bet League Two fixtures live on iFollow as part of your 2020/21 ‘City For All’ season ticket.

 

Well there is a conflict then because that was taken from the clubs communique

 

I'd imagine the detail in the FAQs that the club are posting in the final 24hrs before the sales deadline is correct. We get all 23 games. That bit is even in bold on the website...

Is that for this season only as in the past no one could get Ifollow home games in the UK unless they had a VPN I believe ?.

I think the club is allowing all games to streamed online because at this moment in time there are too many question marks around when and how lockdown restrictions will be lifted. Especially as the Bfd City area has its own regional lockdown.
Ultimately, when all restrictions are lifted and if the season is still running, the coverage for Saturday games may be banned in the UK.
But I think there"s still a long way to go before you have to consider that.
