Season Ticket Collection Deadline

    Just realised that I have not collected ours yet. We all live out of the area which means it is not straightforward. So checked what the arrangements are.

    Apparently ‘season tickets will only be available for collection from 9.00am-1.00pm on Saturday August 3. The ticket office will operate from 1.00pm-3.00pm for Cambridge United match tickets ONLY’. https://www.bradfordcityfc.co.uk/news/2019/july/season-ticket-collection-update/

    A bit awkward as I had hoped to get them at about 1.30, living out of the area means it is not that easy to get over and hanging around from say 12.45 until 3.00pm is well a lot of hanging around!

    Same as every year. Ticket office opening hours are extended until 7pm on Thursday and Friday to make things easier for folk.

    If you were going to collect them at 1.30pm on Saturday what does 30 minutes earlier really matter? Or is it better to have a moan for the sake of moaning?

    Why not just email Mick Lamb and explain the situation, I’m sure they would help out given the circumstances. Better than creating a thread on here surely?

    I am sure I may not be unique, so just making a comment, it may help someone who had similarly forgotten.
    Some of us are not perfect. I think I am pointing out that it is my fault.
    It is a ‘lot easier’ to go on the Thursday or Friday evening if you are in the Bradford area.
    If you are already sorted out, then great.

    The early cut off time for season ticket collection, on the first home Saturday is nothing new; I think the cut off used to be 12 noon, so it looks like they've extended it 1 hour.

    For future seasons, add the recorded delivery option on, when you purchase your season tickets, for just £2.50. Saves a lot of hassle.

    I paid a bit extra to have mine posted out. It's worth doing that to save the hassle of going to the ground to collect the card.

    I collected mine today from the ground, traffic light and no queue, was amazed.

    It pays to pick them up late, took the lad about 10 seconds to find mine.
    If i had of known i would have taken @Bigrod@Bigrod 's but for good reason they want the letter/id.

    But the key fact you’re forgetting there is most of our fanbase are cheap so having to pay a little extra doesn’t come into their mind

    So I take it that price is for season ticket suite upgrade and priority away?

    No, Priority away is on top of that. So in total just over £300 when you take into account fees

    But your season ticket will have been the same price as everybody else's so why are certain fans cheap but you discount yourself when they have paid the same

    because certain people moan at having to pay anything extra, moan at having to pay £15 for a friendly or 1st round of the cup, or £2 for postage... yet happily moan about it
