We don't score enough goals or have a threat from set piece situations. Our return from defenders over the last 2 seasons has been woeful.

We need to address that and sort the midfield out. I hope Smallwood is not offered a new contract and his wage is used for a player who can take a set piece.

Chapman will be gone alongside others who have flattered to deceive.

Walker in goal is the real shining light out of the second half of the season and I would be very happy with him in goal next season.

Smallwood's all round game today wasn't as bad as it usually was to be fair but his set pieces are absolutely honking. Praying he isn't offered a new deal but I'd be amazed if Alexander didn't keep him. If as Alexander said post match that he wants to have more control in possession going forward (I'll believe it when I see it) then Smallwood has to go. He isn't capable and doesn't have the technical ability to play that role in midfield and neither does Gilliead.
