Quite right, but it doesn't mean everyone has managed the situation sensibly or correctly.

To be fair achievements are all subjective. Nobody is obligated to rate what he has done.

 

It all boils down to perspective I guess. You clearly rate McCall’s managerial ‘achievements’ higher than others. Personally, I don’t think it’s unfair to think label him as “abysmal” when the football we’re playing is exactly that.

 

His contract runs until June 30 2021 not Feb 1st, however I don’t think he will survive the season.

But people absolutely say daft stuff like 'I could accept a season if' and then add qualifications such as 'we we're building like other successful League Two sides", but it's nonsense.

We were dire today, all across the pitch and it doesn't look like getting better with McCall not accepting that his playing style doesn't work with this shower but you my friend are no better. Most of what you say there is near the truth except the reference to Accrington, most of our players are not good enough for them because they are a top half of League One club.

It was actually my albeit clumsy way of trying to take the heat out of the situation. We are all hacked off with the situation and like you it has been a sht day for all of us. At the end of the day we are all on here because we care.
