Everyone is probably in the same situation as me where I'm struggling to even renew my ST with the current shambles of a ticket site, let alone buy any away tickets.

 

We struggled to sell out at Accrington so not shocked if we dont do the same here or at any other away and frankly after yesterday they dont deserve the support

 

They haven’t even gone on sale to season ticket holders yet never mind general sale

 

The website is fecked. Nobody has been able to buy them all weekend because it’s saying that people don’t have enough points even though they were meant to be on sale to all ST holders yesterday and general sale today.

Same for Grimsby and Walsall.

Who would have thought that changing the ticketing website mid season might cause problems?

 

Just shows the articles on the website are pre programmed just to drop otherwise they would have known that yesterday sales never happened

 

They haven't sold out because the ticket website isn't working. Another Sparks masterclass.

It did, just like yesterday it said season ticket holders but that hasn't happened yet either

 

Someone has finished for the weekend and forgotten to flick a switch

 

I think it's the general ignorance of it all that is the problem.

People have been quitr vocal on social media about not being able to get a ticket, and employees read this site so they can't say they haven't noticed.

It's not a great look, but even a simple tweet or acknowledgement to say we understand there is a problem with the ticketing site. All ticket sale will now be suspended and a further update will be given in due course.

By not doing anything, it just seems like they don't give a toss anymore

 

This isn't the 1970's. How much is Sparks paying you to stick up for the club.

 

I'm not blaming the ticket office for not knowing what to do with a ticket system thrust upon them from above.

I'm not sticking up for them. It is a shit show. I'm just saying what I think has happened.

One of two things has happened.

1) a decision was made to change the time of the sale and the decision wasn't past on to the media team so the media team still put out the wrong info

2) someone forgot to input the details into ticket system for when the tickets should have been going on sale

so either way it is a feck up by the club and shocking that they haven't put anything out via social media to correct the wrong statement coming out
