How much will the safe standing reduce capacity of VP?

 

And also only 207, what's the point, less than 1% of capacity, will look a bit silly removing seats to introduce rails.

 

Because surely removal of a row of seats reduces capacity.
What’s the current capacity of upper NW corner?
To be replaced with 207 sheep pens.
And what’s the capacity of TL Dallas lower tier? to be replaced with 130 further sheep pens

You need bigger floor space per person I believe.

Because you have to start small to trial it to show the authorities that you are able to implement it safely before being able to increase the amount.

 

Every time I’ve seen them they look to have acres of space?
