    With a bit of luck Rupp will find a buyer and sell very soon and has only appointed Sparks to reduce the compo when he's sacked and replaced by a real ceo. Oh, and Stuarts new contract is on half his previous money, reducing his compo too.

    l said the above. I think in respect of the football side of the CEO job, that it was a fair assessment? Just swap Alexander for McCall.

    The evidence is that the football side (the primary product) has totally stalled and not improved under his tenure. No tangible sustained progress and a reversion to type.

    Sparks was appointed over three years ago and he has had an opportunity to grow the footballing side of the business.

    My problem is I can something isn't right and I can't change it.. then I get very very frustrated. Unfortunately BT cop for it. It's definitely not personal. And people can call me out on it. Which is fair... I certainly won't take it personal.
