    The last of Lewis' best mates has now left the building. He was close to Banks, Young and East, they even all went on holiday together. Hope it doesn't lead to him losing his mojo.

    Needs to go, wouldn't ever get a run of games here and he's 25. Those delays we were giving out last season don't show well on our recruitment team. Odusina next.

    Easts record isn't that great to be honest. He was on the winning side in just 1 of his league starts, which was Salford away in the middle of October. There was only 1 other win in the league in which he played more than a few minutes which was Colchester at home when he came on after an hour. He had 12 games in the league in which he started or came on with meaningful time to contribute rather than a few minute cameo, and we won 2 of those games, losing 2 also.

    He needs experience that he isn't going to get here, it's a loan that makes sense as he isn't starting calibre for a promotion chaser. Don't think East or Osadebe have a future at Bradford City really other than squad players at best as East is now 25, Osadebe nearly 27, they are at an age where if you keep them around they need to make an impact, which either massively do.

    As far as I know Foulds would have loved to stayed but felt his position had been made untenable after what happened in January. A few differences of opinion on Foulds, personally, thought it was the wrong move to let him go but ultimately the manager has to do what he thinks is right for his team.

    I get why he's been sent out as we have a lot of depth there, but I would have sent Osadebe before him. The quality they both have on the ball is night and day, the only thing Osadebe has on him is height and physicality. Also in the very few league games East has played, I'm sure we haven't lost when he has played in them.

    Looks like the East move was caused by some midfield panic from tonight's opponents. Rochdale had midfielder Cody Johnson on a season long loan from Stockport, however they recalled him after the first weekend of the season and put him straight into their league cup starting 11 against Sheff Weds where he played an hour and also played the full 90 as the sitting midfielder against Walsall last weekend. Looks like he is told to site deep and move the ball left to right.

    It's seems as though he was brought back in to cover some injuries but also gaps in the window as Stockport couldn't bring in a CM they had their eye on, as well as some interest in Will Collar that might well have gone now. Stockport openly told Rochdale he could come back late in the window, but it looks like Rochdale didn't want to wait that long and moved for East who would be able to do a similar job.

    As I've mentioned elsewhere Danny Devine has started more league games yet apparently East is some massive loss to some. I wish the lad all the best but he's 25 now and should have been starting regularly for a team if he was any good

    Agree. Also potentially alongside Clayton, there’s an experienced pro to support him.

    I’d like to think we will see him again in a city as a result of a successful loan, but sadly doubt it. Let’s see…..

    He is 25 and hasn't even played 36 league games in his whole career. He's done nothing to warrant the love he is getting on social media alongside the hate aimed at Hughes. Bizarre. Same with Foulds... he was rubbish. Anything to throw shade at Hughes.

    I seriously think some of our fans just want us to fail.

    While I would have kept Foulds over Rides, they are both much of a muchness. Foulds wanted to go. Rides wanted to stay.

    Both capable back ups and nothing more.
