    Didn't want it put this in the City chat as it's nothing special really but Villa are releasing Ross McCormack according to the Birmingham Mail.

    Grayson tried signing him for Sunderland. Would he want to rebuild his career in league one and cut wages?

    He's 31 now, probably have zero chance but find it interesting regarding links with Grayson in past etc :)

    Didn’t they pay £15m for him? Surely a transfer fee like that commands £40k+ per week salary. What do we our top earners? £5k per week?

    Never going to happen.
