Grayson is a big Tony Mac fan although a 2 year deal maybe too much for Edin to handle who does not rate. Budget will be bolstered 100% by any sales making it a competitive one.

At least under Rosler I think the players would be fitter he believes or at least used to in pressing all action similar to what Wagner does at Huddersfield . Don’t know if he has stuck with that but he used to have players training Morning and afternoon

 

A town fan mentioned that to me the other day, said a lot of the experienced pros didn't like it and it saw a big change in personnel with players buying in to the new regime. I think both Grayson and Rosler would have the players fitter and have the players looked after better. It 's not normally something i subscribe to but we certainly looked to lack fitness since Nick Allenby left.

Wagner had to have them training like that because Powell spent most of his time down south rather than taking training sessions and fitness suffered drastically. It's no coincidence that both Parky and Wagner place a high value on fitness and both achieved relative success.
