    really shocking news , as a rugby fan its really hard to believe .... only 37

    I thought it was strange he stopped playing when left the rhinos a couple of yrs ago , I wonder if this is when he found out

    It's like a sick joke. Not saying anyone is more or less deserving of it but someone like Rob Burrow. It just seems perverse. Just in the same way as Darbs. Fit as a fiddle and full of positivity. It makes a mockery of everything!

    It’s so sad Stork and very upsetting these sportsmen we all know and followed seem to suffer. Recently Phil Stephenson Keighley Cougars passed away after suffering. On Look North a lady neurologist mentioned a lot of tests have been carried out and drugs approved but no cure. Just slows the disease progression.
    Rob Burrow is a top sportsman and really given is all to the game .
