    I'm not really going to tear apart what Rhodes actually said but this seems completely true.

    Hes never come across as the most dynamic of individuals but he now sounds like the worst of person who has stayed with the same company for 15 years and has been completely demoralised by it.

    Do people actually buy the bs that ambition = splashing cash we don't have? Why is it so bad to want a scouting set up to match the teams around us? A knockoff copy of football manager plonked in front of mccall is hardly a setup for success.

    Rhodes and Rupp and their lack of vision and ambition are the reason we are where we are. Signing shite players, no infrastructure, not even targeting promotion just "it'd be nice". To criticise the fans for holding the club to a professional standard just shows how amateur the CEO and ownership are.

    I’ve got a feeling our new CEO could be Ryan Sparks, he seems a great lad but it would be a massive job for someone like him to do on his own. Mason had Lawn and Rhodes working at the club during his time as did Baldwin, so if they did throw Ryan Sparks in the deep end it would be tough for him, not to mention the meltdown on here and other social media if he was to be announced.

    We're talking Bradford City you think you've seen it all before, nothing against the lad but it would be a BIG CALL, I'd prefer an outsider who had done his home work on the situation and has guarantees from Stefan going forward or there is little point IMO.
