I got through to the cancellation team and said I'd cancel if they don't bring the price down , I gave them a months notice and they called me about 2 days before it was going to end and reduced my billby 40%

Stick with the cancellations team.....they WILL sort you out a deal better than the one you're on now.

It’s what they have done for years.
Ring one of the numbers freely available on google and you normally get through to the call centre in Scotland.
If they say no just tell them you’ll stop the direct debit you pay from.
You need to persevere as they hope people just give up and accept the price.
The only sticking point is if you are in the first 12 months of a contract.
I have Sky Q HD full package and I don’t pay anywhere near £100.
Stick with it but it may take a while.
They don’t want to lose customers so they may start with a reduced sport package for 6 months or something similar.Bantam Begins likes this. -
