Yep. It was when the ref Lerner play carry on whilst they were attacking but suddenly stopped it for a head injury after they lost the ball.

Two massive mistakes. First one it should have been a penalty and secondly game should have stopped straight away.

 

Now trying to convince myself that I remember it.

 

Yep, certainly caught him. Could have gone on another day.

We've had decisions like that go against us. Killgallon isn't a dirty player, he got away with it this time.

Killgallon must have been provoked if what you say is true. Otherwise why would he react in that way?

 

Couldn’t agree more, it was so surprising, but didn’t see anything to provoke him.
We went on the Suite meal deal today so sat high up in the Sunwin instead if the kop - you see so much more!

That's interesting, I have been in the lower kop for years but it isn't the best vantage point

It was such a crack to the side of the head, that it could be heard in the top tier of the Kop. Outrageous challenge and agree he is as lucky to stay on.

I’m all for tough, robust challenges, but that was naughty

 

Lots of over exaggerations here. Killgallon accidently hit him with next to no power! The only mistake the ref made was not blowing the whistle for an alleged head injury.

 

I had a good view from lower kop area. As soon as Killa's elbow connected with the Sarfend players head, I thought that it was so out of character, but did look intentional, only Killa knows whether it was an accident or not. But, I tell you what, if that had have been their centre half on Wyke in their area, the Kop would have been baying for blood, a penalty, and a sending off.
