Do we know if anybody has trialed this. Instinctively I feel like that would take about an hour

 

How would they go about an emergency evacuation of the stadium if required?

I'm sure you'll then be able to evacuate as normal if it's a situation where people need to get out quickly.

 

People don't react normal in an emergency situation, its hypothetical but social distancing measures would go out of the window if people needed to leave the stadium. Could you imagine being told there is an emergency but could you just wait a few minutes while B and C block get emptied first.

It’s one thing restricting chanting / singing but there is zero chance of stopping people cheering when a goal is scored or shouting at exciting moments.

a very similar concept is expecting fans to remain seated in seated areas. It’s the rules but absolutely impossible to enforce.

 

Imagine you need to go to the toilet mid game and you are sat in the middle of the row. Does the whole side you choose to to depart the row from also have to depart the row to allow you to pass. And if so where do they safely congregate and then when you want to return, again what happens?

Possible solution is a portable commode

As I think more about this the ideal scenario for the club is for people to buy a ST but not attend any games.

It is going to be a soulless experience. Not very appealing.

 

The club really need to come out and clarify if these ideas are being used as they seem to go against the details given about wearing masks that says you don’t have to wear it once you get to your seat but should put it back on if anyone needs to pass you

 

The whole thing sounds like nearly all the best parts of the football experience have been removed, about as appealing as a trip to the dentist.

 

I think at the moment a lot of it is all up in the air and could change as a result of what happens in these trails so probably best to only put out information when they know for sure what the guidance will be. As long as it's made public before the first home game with fans then I don't really see the rush.

 

The problem is when information is coming out from other sources than the club. Things like getting an allocated arrival time and leaving row by row could be make or break for some people for buying tickets.
