    It's far from "panic stations" at the moment but I think we need to get a bit of a move on with signing players and "Head Coach".
    I really don't want another 11th hour frantically scrabbling about for a squad like last year.
    Team bonding trips when we don't actually have a team and signing players the week before the season starts etc. is a bad policy.

    If I hear that "we're well prepared..." like the January catastrophe then I will start to panic!

    Things are well underway ...... We've signed Riley and hopefully Wright. I'm positive that others are in the pipeline.
    I would imagine the Head Coach has been decided ........ Just a few 'loose ends' to tie up. :)

    Just backup 'keepers, left back, CM, winger, reserve striker, CD and we're "Well prepared" :) Job done! :D
