    I reset both of your coupons as they were marked as used by you and then applied them as shown in the video and they applied as expected. I have no clue why its not working as expected for you and @Onside@Onside

    Anyway you now have 2 years on your sub. And you can now change your password back (New one is in your email)

    Still don't understand why it wouldn't work for you. It seems like they applied correctly when you entered them but didn't seem to upgrade you. But when I enter the same codes it worked perfectly
