    Great video that. Everything looks miles ahead of Derek thrashing them on the track at Avenue last year.

    Nice touch with the itinerary for the day on the TV screen, and nice to see Hughes shaking hands and welcoming all the lads in the morning. Good vibes.

    Used to hate the old bleep test at school :sick:

    Think I got to about 15 and did a Walker and thought feck this, great stamina from Scales and Gilliead though. To get to 22 or whatever it was is some going, every level is torture after a certain point.

    Gilly’s stamina rating doesn’t surprise me one bit……He’s everywhere and that’s why managers tend to like him.

    In all the years ive watched City thats the first bit of insight ive seen the club release for behind the scenes in training. Interesting watch.

    granted, social media is a recent thing.
