Seems to be a fairly large minority of players doing the kneeling, would even say it was a majority.

Agree Aaron, based on that its often a gung ho approach to getting the message across that wont be everyones cup tea.

But, that article was from a political magazine and appeared to set out to discredit as much as possible, there wasn't much balance in there.

you can see how it (blm) winds people up, some dont need an excuse to though.

 

Agree on the source and the article. It's just an easier way of collecting the social media posts rather than having to post them all separately.

So you don't know who is telling them to do it, have no evidence that anyone is telling them to do it but can not accept that it is the players decision.

And no grown man should be told to go down on one knee for any reason especially the one that they are purporting to support..
What I see most weeks now pre kick off is 11 free minds line up against 11 subservients, it's plain wrong and embarrassing.
But as I have said before, if they want to hold hands in the centre circle and play ring-a-ring of roses then that's fine..

If he really wanted to enforce the point he'd have refused to race there and then the organisers have a huge decision to make. Especially if any of the other drivers followed.

As it was, it's a completely empty gesture that will be by and large, ignored.
