Well we’re already well ahead of last season. We have a manager in place and know exactly which players will be here for pre season (apart from decisions made by management to sign/sell players).
Given the games Bowyer has seen/managed this season you would expect him to have a clear idea of exactly who he wants to bring in/which positions he wants to strengthen and the fact he has moved quickly to get rid of the majority of out of contract players supports the idea that he has a clear plan.
Let’s just hope he can execute the plan to good effect.

Not so much organised ..... More a case of just getting on with it (The Cull), ASAP.
I think GB wants all the structure in place and plastered, before 'decorating'.Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...vladimir and Ollylondonbantam like this. -
Being well ahead is the silver lining for just missing out of the play-offs by 31 points.

Bowyer gives me a lot of hope. I hate the players massively but I really like him. Hes gone out of his way to connect with the fans and genuinely seems to get what it means to play for us. He also talks the right talk about what we need to get us out the division. He might feck it all up and be terrible, but for now im clutching at straws for something to be positive about and this will do fine

Well, I'm not yet ready to 'dust myself down' and move on yet. I've honestly lost my love for football right now. I can't feel anything for any of our players and, even though I admired and enjoyed watching some other league 1 teams play, I often find myself feeling down and even depressed when it reminds me of what we've become.
