This is one we have to win because Luton will be super difficult. Let's hope for the new manager bounce

Been our best player in the last two games, which I attended. We could have Messi in the team and our inability to defend would still render him underwhelming.

Anyone else still waiting for @Onside87@Onside87 to answer who'd be a brilliant manager to take this shitpool job on ?

Somehow we look more solid but not sure how. Think Anderson and Butterfield are playing well.

A proper performance today. Did the ugly stuff well, balanced system that didn't overcomplicate anything, make sure you're in the game when it opens up in the last 20. Everyone did their job properly.

Maddison showed why Championship clubs are reluctant to pull the trigger. Reminds me of the kid at school who won’t let anyone play with his ball. Always trying to pull off the impossible pass.

Any team has to worry about Maddison on his day, I thought today he was playing to the crowd, look at me, and overall contributed little to the game.

So when you get into the box you like to ram the balls in low and hard? Respect.

Just watched the highlights. That penalty decision was appalling.
Other than that I got all I wanted today. Team well-organised, good crowd giving good support, three good goals, three points, a nice day after an awful morning and, above all, the belief amongst both players and fans that we have a chance of getting out of this mess.

The penalty was just another example of bad decisions going against us all season today for the first time it didn’t matter

Nah. I'd take my hat off to 'Lafferty' for a perfectly timed tackle. Which Caddiss's was. Refs do make mistakes, this was one of them.

Not in anyway that could be deemed reckless, out of control or dangerous no.

its right Brisbane lad, every time anyone leaps for a header it must be a minimum of a yellow card for an out of control challenge.

Re Caddis pen. Even within the written rules of the game I’m struggling to see how it’s reckless. For a split second both feet are off the floor but his left leg is under his body and not stretching for the ball. To me that’s a textbook tackle.

Re Payne. I’m getting pelters for suggesting that by dropping Payne we actually looked a stronger unit. Other clubs have worked it out that we only play through him and by leaving him out Posh had no idea. Plus I’ve heard he’s a difficult character to manage.

Ok, just managed to hack Matt Donohues (referee) Skybet account. This might explain the penalty decision.

Your wasting your time Tarty, he likes to think he knows best and is always right; he likes to be controversial and will argue the point relentlessly, we have the rule book, which tells us nothing and can be interpreted either way, we have a blurred still to prove Caddis has both feet off the floor, when clearly he had one leg bent on the ground. It was a really good and brave tackle, it was not careless or reckless, but hey what do I know.

Well I've just run the penalty call through again in VLC player slow motion and I'm still questioning what Matt Donohue saw in that tackle from Cadiss, as it shows quite clearly he does not have two feet in the air, and takes the ball cleanly.
