That's a red for me. He's endangering the player and absolutely no intention of playing the ball.

I get that some will compare it to pulling the shirt but it looks completely different and could have seriously injured the lad.

 

That's banned for life, how many different ways could he cause grievous harm to the other player.

There is so much intention to harm.
