The people backing Johnson need to weigh up the importance of looking 'loyal' within the party, with being smeared with Johnson's pervasive filth in the eyes of the public.

I expect the worst of the worst to stick with Bozo.

He can't get through this. All the media bollocks is one thing but when properly competent people in the inner circle start falling on their sword the game is up.

Its actually probably a shame that the 1922 committee shot their bolt early. They could almost certainly have had him now.

If Boris goes which is now looking more likely it certainly won't damage the Tory party more than the present situation, just imagine if the police have word with Sir Keir and he does the honourable thing throwing himself on his sword, has it ever happened in British politics before both leaders resigned because of "dodgy dealings" @JimmyBantam@JimmyBantam ;).

Sour faced bitch wouldn’t get a gig in a competent government, along with the evil, horrible cow that is Patel.

    :joy::joy::joy::joy: you crease me up.

Why would I admit it was a mistake, I voted for the Tory party because the Tories were the only party who said they would honour the referendum vote, we don't vote for a leader in the UK unlike the Americans we vote for a political party, do keep up.

No, we vote for a leader and have years now.

Ok, I will spin it on its head. It’s clear now the party is in a mess and not fit to lead. Would you agree?

Once again fordy tries to move the goal posts to try and deflect from the fact he's wrong once again, we do not vote for a leader unlike the US.

I think who you vote for depends a lot on the candidate.

In our neck of the woods (BD2) there was no way anyone could possibly vote Tory.

The candidate was someone from Kent or somewhere who 'looked forward to learning about the area'.

Obviously they'd thrown in the towel well in advance and just put up a paper candidate.

I've never voted for the candidate who stood in my ward I vote for a party, I discussed the referendum situation with Judith Mary Cummins my Labour party candidate for Bradford South and she was adamant she was going to vote against anything to do with leaving the EU so she left me with no choice, she would not back her electorate who the majority voted to leave the EU because she knew best.
I was never a lover of Gerard Sutcliffe who stood in my ward for many years but still voted Labour.

So you actually DID vote for/against a candidate - exactly as it should be.

More fool anyone who votes for someone who doesn't even know the area you're living in, or the needs of it's people. Not saying you did that, of course, but that would be daft just to tick the blue or red box.

No I voted Tory for the reasons I've posted Bradford South was never going Tory, with regards your above comment Naz Shah knew very little about the Bradford City fire until a group of us Bradford City fans had a meeting with her at City Hall and educated her.

We can agree to disagree, but you just told me you couldn't vote for the labour candidate because of her stance on Brexit - that's an informed decision, not a blind stab at the Tory party.

Do you think they should have stayed and backed Boris, those two important cabinet members resigning will IMO bring Boris's reign to an end he cant survive this.

The shitshow of Johnson' is just about over, he'll be remembered for what he actually is, a bumbling idiot who has left the country in an absolute shambles. Just a shame we couldn't get rid of the lot of them.
