When the hack from your local rag writes such a damning indictment of your team you know you have reached rock bottom. Saturday was as low as it gets. This club is on life support, i would say our worries should not be for this season, thats gone, its for what happens next season. Very hard to turn around a ship with no captain or rudder to steer. If change isn’t made at the very top then we could be read our last rites as a league club.

It's only a football team, not really that important in life, families and your health are of importance. After all the years I've supported them I now hope this different club struggles and goes bust. We've already lost the real Bradford City. Please dont go and fund this new club.

 

Going bust, would mean starting at the very bottom of the football ladder, and probably playing at Odsal, no thanks.

Right Idle despite getting older I will make the 160 mile round trip to VP as I did on Saturday and Tuesday last week arriving home at midnight. Not because I want a medal not because I am not concerned about the club’s current plight. Because I support city not the current or any past or future owners. To that end I will continue buying my season ticket and use the kiosks as usual

 

So what do you think about Bruenker inclusion in the squad @Park bantam ?

 

You must do what you think is right PB. Others have different views of course and there is nothing wrong with that. Personally, if I was in the UK, I don't think that I could ever go back to VP whilst the two owners are there, maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong but that is how I feel.

 

We haven't got our club now anyway in my opinion (which took a year to realise). It's their club now. I say let them get on with it by themselves.

Somethings got to give mate. For whats it worth, I reckon relegation is inevitable this season, and I reckon the clowns in charge will then sell, and the long road back to where we were before they took over will begin again, without the need for admin or going bust completely.

 

Can I ask if you ever go a reply to your email to Stefan Rupp, as you don't seem to be answering your emails................or is that your just not answering mine .

I really hope you're right Idle. Sadly relegation and new owners next season in my view is the absolute best we can hope for. Another 18 months of R&R and we may not have a club at all.

 

I hope the likes of @Haworth Bantam dont read this. Reports like this could be responsible for us going down....

 

Although I wouldn't bank on it. One summer of a complete amateur in charge and we end up bottom of league 1. If the same happens again next summer we could end up at the bottom of league 2 and effectively out of professional football.
I'm not saying it will happen but I am saying it's a possibility.

 

Agree, as long as these two leave, we can fight our way back again. If they stay, it will be pointless trying to sign players in January as they have passed the point of no return with too many fans.
