    So after reading much in the past couple of days about the ownership of the club, does anyone know what the ownership arrangement is?

    From what I remember when the previous owners owned the club the held it through BC Holdings. Lawn had a third of the shares, Julian Rhodes a third and Prof Rhodes a third. The only difference being Prof Rhodes shares had no voting rights.

    So what is the set up now? Do Stefan and Edin own the club directly, or through another company or through a number of linked companies?

    My understanding was that they owned it directly through their German company ER SportsGroup. But others have said it is owned by a third company that then belongs to ER SportsGroup.

    Can anyone point me in the direction of the actual reality?

    From what I have read from @EricMcManus@EricMcManus I think that BC Bantams Ltd is still the main company that is Bradford City. It shows ER as Director and Alan Biggin as Secretary. There are no other directors listed!! So if I'm reading that correctly from Companies House Mr Rupp has no actual say in BCFC!! J R and ML resigned at the same time ER took over. I'm summising that the loan of 4mil to ERsportsgroup is from Mr Rupp to aid ER to buy the club.

    When you check Companies House - Bradford City Football Club Ltd, the only directors are Rahic and Alan Biggin, no mention of Rupp....Also can't see no subsidiaries??

    Storck, a few weeks ago you were rightly critical of the Who's Who section of the Matchday programme and the website and I said I was going to update which I did although it was edited. Someone else rightly pointed out there is an obligation to indicate ownership which should be there in both cases, suggest you check.
    Before you ask I also included in Who's Who the positions of Club Sec. and Company Accountant which were deleted. I understand Club Sec. is no longer Silke Rahic but Mark Harrison as Silke is to become Company Accountant, she is an accountant by profession and is currently getting up to speed before taking over fully so the Who's Who will no doubt be amended again soon.

    And it was me who pointed people to where the ownership was listed. It lists ER SportsGroup as owners whichbis why I was questioning this new suggestion that there is a subsidiary involved

    I think the suggestion was that the club was owned by a third company rather than directly by ER SportsGroup

    Just interested. Trying to work out where this sudden suggestion has come from that the club is owned by a different company rather than ER SportsGroup

    Not sure what vested interest I could have, or are you suggesting I’m one of the owners? If so I’m doing well as I was on C&B manybyears before they were interested in the club

    Ah so a new company accountant. Is that something like the 3rd or 4th since they took over? Edin finally appointing one that won't question his ways? I'm very worried by this, just what are they doing?

    Its starting to get very silly very quickly. We don’t have to speculate what Rahic has done on the field because it has been an unmitigating disaster but off the field its become a speculative free for all. Too many people on social media with their own little agendas.
    Make no bones about it i would be happy to see him go due to his ineptitude with on field matters but off the field i’m sick of hearing unsubstantiated crap.

    ER Sportsgroup GmbH was set up by Christian Engl, who helped ER & SR become investers in England. Engl resigned after the purchase of City went through. ER & SR are the the sole representation with the power to enter into legal transactions on behalf of ER Sportsgroup GmbH.
