    I agree, it’s annoying, and people have only started doing it in the last 2 years… but life is too short. We’ll always be the Bantams to me.

    The players seem to have bought into it, so I've no issues with it being peculiar to this team/squad/manager.

    Once Hughes and this lot go, it will probably go back to normal.

    Since I was 5, “We are off t’city, how were City today, City V Avenue etc, etc Ade.

    Never once used Paraders, Bantams, Valley Parade .

    Being born 50 yards away and growing up in the vicinity won’t help. Perhaps it’s something that sticks with you forever.

    Like NorthernV Bulls. Never called em Bulls in my life!

    It's a fad that will pass. Chickens can be chicken. Bantams are vicious for their size and will attack just about anything that threatens, no matter how big, hence bantamweight in boxing and the small, aggressive Bantam goat.
