Shouldn't you be putting this on the Sunderland forums. I'm not sure anyone actually gives a feck about Newcastle or what's written about them down here.

As for which is the "saddest story" out of your little list ....... It's not a competition.

 

What a stupid post

 

A reasonable guy comes on here and posts a general football post in the General Football section.
And then gets a load of peurile abuse from some of the saddos on here.

It's not abuse, but I agree to an extent with what he's said - this forum is quiet enough already without hounding out someone making a general football post in the general football section.

You just laid into all north easterners with a load of unnecessary name-calling. It may not have been strictly 'offensive' in the modern use of the word, but it was childish, pathetic and entirely unwarranted.
I've no problem with amusing banter between different sets of supporters, but your comments were neither banter nor amusing - they were just crass and embarrassing.

 

Because it's always about Newcastle and his/ her dislike of them and it's boring.

Would you seriously go on the Sunderland board and post up links trying to justify why as bradford City fan you disliked Huddersfield?

InfAmous I said was that if he wants like minded fans to slag off all things NUFC then he'd be better off doing it on a teams board that actually had a disliking of them in the first place.

Fair enough if that's your opinion. I don't have a problem with either the OP or your response.
But the response from @Säure was just a piece of childish name calling. It felt like I'd accidentally wandered into the Under-5s section.

 

I didn't see it so obviously can't comment. I replied as I thought done of it was aimed at my comment so tried to explain it.

More than happy to engage with the original point @Lost Mackem. The sensationalist nature of any club crisis is because those connected to each club only really care about whats going on at said club. Your point in the initial post could easily be applied to our own fans over the past 12 months trying to oust Edin Rahic. It doesn't make the point of the fans or media incorrect.

I think Newcastle fans have every right to be unhappy with the regime and it doesn't help when members of the media such as Ferdinand (there's no point even entertaining the prize buffoon that is Richard Keys) are ignorant. Ferdinand praised Mike Ashley for reinvesting following their relegation but it seems that it was the club's own cash that financed that, not Ashley. Ferdinand also said they should be happy as a yo-yo club. Ashley took control of a club, while not rich in silverware, that was very much established top tier. Ashley's regime has seen the club decline which I think any fan would take exception to - as you guys did with Ellis Short.
