    That's a far more worrying one than HMRC applying for a winding up petition. These days, applying for a petition is the only way HMRC can force the hand of companies who don't pay their taxes. However, it looks as though Brass Bank is a secured creditor and once they start applying for an administration order, it might well be taken out of the hands of the club itself.

    yep can see it happening on Friday as I can not imagine they will find £600k
