Nostalgia + How would they fair today?

No I remember the time he introduced himself, he asked me if I was Bronco from Claret & Banter before I answered I made sure I was far enough away he wouldn't connect with his first.

 

Do you remember the free kick he scored against qpr I think. Wow what a great goal that was, but again no winnings for you as it wasn’t 1st goal but an equaliser if I remember right

 

It was the 3rd goal in the 3-0 win, Pepper also scored the 1st.
Great when the free kick went in, 52nd minute we knew we were safe from the drop then.

Yes remember it well. It was that goal that led me to always go for Nigel for first goal. ie a free kick. Never did it again!

 

I've followed City all the way since 1986/87 first game home to Blackburn Rovers a 2-1 win
Ironically I then lived in Blackburn soon after for 20yrs
anyhow enough of my bs and one player i'd like to mention who doesn't get enough credit is Marc Bridge Wilkinson,
he was a player that always seemed to pop up on Sky Sports latest scores, and when he signed for us he continued to score a few goals, I can't remember our status from back then so can't comment on success level but I think he was a good player

back in the day when many of us were glued to the Vidiprinter, all i seem to remember is his name popping up for a goal.
