    Hi,

    We got 4 tickets for tomorrows match which we were supposed to pick up from the ticket office. I ordered them whilst I was on holiday and have forgot to pick them up. Does anyone know if it would be possible to contact the ticket office in the morning to get these? I’m going to be in the bad books big time if I can’t get this sorted.

    Hope you get a definitive answer but my guess is they will be sent on to Harrogate for pick up at their ticket office. Maybe worth calling their ticket office in the morning.

    Normally tickets are sent to the away teams ticket office to collect before the game, I've done this at quite a few away games.

    You don't usually need and form of ID either when picking them up so if you'd, erm, just like to give me your full name and arrive later than 14:30 I'll make sure your tickets are ready to collect when you arrive.

    On a serious note, at Colchester the other week I accidentally gave our old HERTS Postcode ( No idea!) and until I corrected they wouldn’t hand over.

    Not always Kev, I usually collect tickets at the away stadium and there's plenty of times I just get asked my name then handed an envelope with the tickets inside. Barrow was the latest example.
