    You might not agree , but that’s not how it works in business , nor football. You would never ever attract anyone to a job. With the greatest of respect you are making it sound so simple to achieve but they aren’t seasonal workers like turkey pluckers. These are professional people PROTECTED by a League Managers Association. Whilst understanding your sim, it’s not viable.

    Can you point to ANY full time football manager , other than “ in temporary charge” ( Truman) on a six month deal?
