Paudie needs to improve a lot and I'm not sure he can become as good as AOC. He has played at a higher level when at Aberdeen (I know some would argue that the SPL is not a higher level) and he was only 28 last month. I know he has been up and down here and there was that incident with the captain's armband but he is has had some poor players around him at times.
It could also be argued that he would even now be a better choice as captain than ROD.

I agree Fordy, it looks like it's been made out cardboard by some kids given a project to do. Definitely needs painting, perhaps that's as far has they got before being told to self isolate.

 

As the club isn't transparent on any deals you haven't got a clue if the sponsorship deals are any good or not!

If Ryan is doing a good job then great then he needs to stay in his role and the CEO needs not to be him. If he is CEO when Rhodes goes the club is finished.

The club is a YES club and no fan really knows whats going on. It's great we have improved the tunnel and a few seats in the stadium but the club so far behind the times that I can't praise any current owner, CEO or director at the club as for me they have failed the fans and the club.

I’d have to agree. Some of the points raised are clearly positive developments and not to be sniffed at, but in context; extracting a van and a few new dugout seats from your existing main sponsor who happen to specialise in automotive retail, isn’t really groundbreaking commercial acumen.

 

About the same number who spend money on a new tunnel and haven't a strike force capable of scoring 40 goals between them and an owner and CEO that don't want to be there

There are lots of things in this world at the moment to worry and moan about like the fact that my small town has gone from hardly being affected by the pandemic for most of the time has now transformed into one of the worst affected.
It’s football we are talking about and there are people who like yourself have to moan about every little thing. Of course there isn’t a fan worth their name who doesn’t wish we were doing better on the field. But when we have a little run like we are on at the moment where in my opinion we are playing some nice football and scoring a few goals are we not allowed to just enjoy it. Or can we not be pleased that one or two young players are coming through which could give hope for the future. And in this case let’s be pleased that we seem to have a decent commercial team seeing us through the pandemic.

 

Seriously, what are you on about. There have always been sad things happening in the world despite football.

We’ve just scraped a home draw with Exeter and at times we we’re shambolic defence, at times played some good stuff going forward, and realistically we should have lost but we got a bit lucky.

If It’s viewed as moaning by you then fine, I’m not one to get excited about as sponsorship deal when we are so indifferent on the pitch (and imo off it) and we don’t have the players to get us out of this league.

You keep happy clapping and wearing those rose tinted glasses whilst the football club goes backwards and by doing so risks it’s whole existence.

3 League wins out of 11. Playoffs at best but not if you defend and attack like we do. Go immerse yourself in contentment.

It really does show how far down the pecking order we have fallen. Forget the excuses of covid 19, we are an average league 2 football club. I'm happy for football coming back but not thrilled at the prospect of a continued run in league 2.

Was it just me who thought the new seats in the Main Stand looked orange? I guess it's hardly important but just an observation on my part.

I did think that, but tbh I think I've forgotten what amber actually looks like due to only looking at every shade of yellow imaginable except amber over the last decade.
I think it'll look quite good once its all finished
