    A bit of good news. A new performance/conditioning coach has been appointed - Ben Nicholson

    Despite his tender looking years, he has an interesting pedigree - ex Man City, ex Halifax and ex Bradford Bulls! Hopefully he'll bring some of Allenby's magic dust with him and last longer than recent appointments.

    Now there's just the small matters of strengthening the squad and getting it working together

    Looking at his LinkedIn he rarely spends more than a year in a role, but he's had some interesting ones in the last few years including at man city. Hopefully helps the staff kick on but I'd bet on him moving on before the seasons out

    He only came in to take pre season. Stupid I know but there it is. Fitness seems to have taken a back seat at the moment and is vital especially if you want to play a pressing game

    As a bulls fan myself, he made a good impact at the bulls, as the team at the time was falling to bits and had just been reconstructed after liquidation, he made them into a strong and powerful team.
