I always thought friends and family was a two way thing so if someone added me as friend and family then it would be the opposite way too, but obviously not looking at the app. My mate has access to my ticket but I can not see his

 

Make sure you get there before him then.

 

And where do you find it, asking for Mrs Meelin, so she can set it up for me

 

Had a couple of issues with tickets in last couple of seasons and Dean has sorted them out for me with the minimum of fuss as well.

I would definitely suggest deleting app and reinstalling.
I have my wife on my friends and family(she’s almost part of the family now) and there was nothing showing for her on my app.
I reinstalled the app and both our tickets for next season are showing now.

No need. Just checked the app and the 2022/23 season ticket is now available. Happy days.

 

Has anyone managed to buy York tickets through the app?

It's wanting me to create an account with the York ticket site and log into that?

Downloaded the app, filled in the details, season ticket was right there.

Dead easy. Took about 2 minutes.

 

My wife’s issue was the same.
The customer number they had for her was nothing like her actual number which she’s had for years.

 

I appear to have two numbers, both with a season ticket allocated to them in different parts of the kop. Luckily one is right, and I've only paid for one.

 

I did go onto their website, added the tickets but then couldn't buy them because I'm not registered?

 

If they want my money they'll sell me a ticket. If not, it's only a friendly and tbh I'm thinking about not bothering now anyway as it's becoming a massive hassle just to watch a meaningless runabout.

 

Has anyone who has ordered a physical card received theres yet?

Or do we have an indication of when these will be posted out?

I've done all that but when I click on My Account, there is no menu item for season tickets

 

With regards the app I received mine and lads ST qr codes in an email, which I’ve screenshot both on our phones and placed In a folder for easy access, perhaps I’m missing something here but is this not all I need? And don’t need an app?
