    my premonition this morning was correct. Despite everyone’s optimism I for one wasn’t expecting anything. In 30 plus years never seen us beaten them. But these aren’t the games that we need to panic about Southend’s Walsall ect... these are the ones that define our season. Barnsley best team in league and think they will go up. Far better than Sunderland who slip up too often.

    1997 we did at home. 1-0 down with 5 mins to go . Watson off the bench and Blake in front of the kop. What a day that was.

    remember the game with watson , he scored at the kop end, great game , quite emotional after coming back from that terrible injury .

    Yes a Watson daisy cutter from a header into the bottom corner, it was a dire game but 3 points was all it was about on the night.
