    Dear Stuart,

    You are a Bradford City Legend through and through, I will not deny that. But at the moment you are starting to tarnish your legendary reputation within the club.

    Interviews in recent games have seen you lose your temper with the interviewer. Tonight you marched onto the pitch to argue with the referees decision after the final whistle. Stuart that sort of behavior isn't the behavior of a professional football league manager. You need to compose yourself better.

    Your 1st stint in charge did not go so well, your 2nd stint in charge saw you inherit a great squad from Phil Parkinson, you did a good job but the players were not all recruited by yourself when you took over for Parky. Rahic then unfairly sacked you, then Rahic got forced out of the club. You came back for a 3rd spell, for me, I was happy because it was vindication for what I saw as an unfair sacking from power mad Rahic in the first place.

    This time though, you've been given more autonomy on recruitment, you're not being micro managed by Rahic now. This is your squad Stuart, you have to be responsible for it, you are the manager of the team.

    Your conduct just isn't good, you need to build up a better defense and you need to build it quickly. When January comes we need to see defenders such as the like as McArdle coming in the door. You need to get rid of useless strikers like Donaldson and really scout out talent such as Wells.

    You say you have a long term plan, but I don't want to see your bad attitude long term, it stinks at the moment. I love Bradford City, I am too very passionate like you, maybe sometimes over optimistic, but you should never go and argue with the ref on the pitch like that, it sets a bad atmosphere for the team and will bring the squads morale down seeing you act in that manner.

    I saw positivity from our players during Southend and Tonbridge, both on paper were easy games, but I've seen the likes of Tranmere beat Brackley only 1-0, Brackley are the same level as Tonbridge and Tranmere are doing better than us in the league this season, to me that means we are capable of so much more.

    I just don't think your the man for the job long term.

    However you've had your 1 year contract extension, Stuart, you need to do a better job at recruitment come January and you need to learn to control your temper. Right now I won't just say please leave, but I will say I've lost faith in you as a manager.

    I've lost my faith to the point where I don't expect you to prove people wrong anymore, I expect you to fail Stuart.

    I don't want you to fail, but I don't have anymore faith in you as a manager.

    I'm sorry, this is just how I feel.

    If this so called legend had an ounce of integrity he’d have walked, not signed an extension. Reputation well and truly tarnished for me, many will disagree I’m sure but he’s walking us into non league and oblivion.

    We had a chance to stop the ship hitting the iceberg, my worry is we've missed that chance, the iceberg has been hit and no amounts of patch repairs will stop this ship from sinking. Its has all the hallmarks of the relegation season, there are too many mitigation factors with that that were never dealt with. That wasn't just a defeat today, that was sticking the white flag up and surrendering.

    Thought you were Mr Positive through and through? This weeks announcements werent going to change things on the pitch with our current pile of s...e, surely you must know that? We have no idea what SMc was saying to the ref at the end but notice none of our players get in the refs face (like Oldham did and any half decent side does)
    I am certain McCall would get rid of half the players he has in his squad now if he could and I am convinced he would reverse some of the decisions he has made but sadly its not that easy.
    Its only the dark humour on this forum that has made it bearable today but the negativity is almost too overpowering to make it enjoyable. I hate the position we are in, I really do, but a forum needs a balance of views and BT is now 98% miserable and I am drinking more than I want to :weary_face:

    That's the thing. He knows he in the last chance saloon in England.. he said it himself.

    But he keeps bring in wank players.

    Who ever is our manger I want to succeed. Every manger makes mistakes about players, team selection, formation.. it's how the manager reacts to those mistakes proves his worth.
    McCall doesn't/hasn't.

    Yep, too much going badly wrong - it's the relegation season all over again.

    Stefan made his last bad decisions this week, time to stand aside.

    A couple of ****ING loans in January won't cut it.

    I have to say I am ploughing through a very nice 5 litre bottle of craft lager from my local brewery (Hogs Back) but its not going to last long as I drink quicker every post I read!

    We know we need desperately some new blood, until then his hands are tied, I had this down as a defeat, is anyone surprised we know we have the backbone of a jellyfish..

    Think we all need to try keep our cool, if January is a false dawn we really will be rubber ducked and the club can swivel if they think I will be renewing.

    Well put together letter with some good points. I honestly hope you have made sure he gets this letter.
    One thing I will say though and that is yes he did inherit the bulk of the players from Parky but he added to them and got them playing a better style of football.
    I've said this before that I want success like Parky gave us but I've always been greedy, I want entertaining footy as well.

    I'm in the 98% miserable. I'm done with this season, if I'm in and we are at home I will watch ifollow, but if something comes up I won't plan it around a match like I would normally.

    If fans are allowed back in, then I'm not rushing to VP any time soon.

    However, I have to take issue with one of your points. I don't think its possible for s man to drink as much as he WANTS to.

    This is all stuff that many here, on TCA and on Twitter have been saying for months. This is the stuff that has had people receiving allegedly abusive DMs, apparently warned about the company they keep and according to some employers contacted about supposedly giving Sparks a hard time on the socials.

    The football club is dying a slow death, it won’t survive relegation and unless a dramatic turnaround on the field and in the relationship between fans and club happens it will be on life support with dwindling crowds even if it stays up. From the moment Rahic and Rupp walked in the door and Rahic went full on mad, this has been waiting to happen. Nobody seems to have any idea how to stop it either. A contract extension for McCall and a novice in charge is like a last throw of the dice
