Speedy recovery and good health to you Steve.

Fantastic effort, especially considering your are recovering from spell in hospital.

Rupp's continued silence and reluctance to speak with fans on a formal basis is nothing short of disgusting.

His blind faith in Sparks to run the club for him is baffling, sustainability model is fine in some respects, but all its doing for us and in particular Rupp is seeing the value of his investment plummeting, whilst seeing a lot of fans now pledging not to renew their season tickets, therefore reducing income significantly.

The most damaging thing though under his tenure is seeing him take over at a fairly progressive club who were in a healthy position in league 1 to gradually sink to the lowest levels for a long time.

We are now back to where we were before Parky came onboard with the prospect of attendances being at their lowest for nearly 20 years.

You would have to pull his face out of Sparks arsecrack to make that happen

    Good on you.

How depressing that such action is needed, simply to open meaningful dialogue with the club.

Stefan Rupp deserves to lose every penny of his 'investment'. The fans don't, but he does.

Was thinking maybe Flamingo lands name should be brought into this protest.Maybe Gibb should get a letter from the supporters asking what his asking price is for the ground.
Wed then know a figure or it would be confirmed that his pension fund is just holding on to their cash cow untill we go bust.

No way will Gibb sell why would he it's a fantastic money maker for the pension fund
He certainly had captain admin on toast when he negotiated the purchase initially
I would imagine he is looking forward to repeating his success when negotiating with RS he knows the club have nowhere else to play irrespective of what's posted on here
A win win situation for Mr Gibb unfortunately

Exactly,Gibb is a major part of our woes,he can just sit on the sidelines but maybe if the protest was more"Flamingo Land give us our home back" he might not want that publicity.

    Agreed.

Anyone treating customers like this deserves for their business to fail.

Wouldn't mind seeing him sell for £1 when all is said and done, but unfortunately that would be completely unfair on the customers.

Thank you so much @Bantam Steve@Bantam Steve - you are genuinely giving hope to fans such as myself who had all but lost it for the past few months.

I will be there on Friday as will my friends & family all of whom have not attended this calendar year.

I hope there are some media outlets present too.

I've just issued this update to our members so thought I would copy it over here for you too.

    Dear Bantams,

I just wanted to write to give you an update on activity and action. I apologise for the gap but plenty of things have been going on. Unfortunately, I was hospitalised again due to the reoccurrence of an infection that put me in hospital at Christmas. Luckily, this time, they have completely stopped that infection and I am advised that it will not return. Since I left hospital, over a week ago, I have been back, working with our steering group to deliver opportunities for our supporters. Our, "Progression not Regression" campaign is now under way and this results in a protest that will take place at 2pm this coming Friday outside the directors entrance. We have contingency to move to outside the ticket office if we cannot or are blocked from protesting outside the directors entrance. This will involve our fans bringing their own banners and chants of progression not regression or any other chants will happen. I am not going to be attending the game afterwards, and many of us are going to walk to North Parade and have a beer. The protest is as simple as that. We will not condone any illegal activity such as pyrotechnics, items being thrown onto the pitch as this harms our credibility as a supporter group. Our protest is peaceful. We will meet near the ticket office at the bottom of the hill at 1.30pm. We hope to see many people there.

In other news, we are talking to national press at the moment who are greatly interested in what is going on at Bradford. In addition, we are also now starting to communicate with media in Germany, though this is in early stages.

There is lots going on right now but our invitation to do media regularly shows that our group is being seen as a prominent supporters group as well as being respected.

Keep the faith, do not be swayed from your opinion on the club and let's get change together.

    Steve
