now we know why Hughes had no offers all those years. Every other team knew he was crap.except us. even i was fooled by the big name. I will be amazed if he gets us anywhere near promotion.

 

We’ve been the better team this half and Macdonald’s introduction has allowed Odour and Smith get into the game much more. But you can’t legislate for errors like Smallwoods just there - just not good enough.

This is appalling and Hughes needs to drop Smallwood in fact if I never see him in a city shirt again it will be too soon.

Mark Hughes is a stubborn Pr@ck - I was sat with Critchlow at the POTY awards and he said that Pierera was on Fire in training last year and Hughes just wouldn’t pick him. Sounds like it’s similar with Young - he holds a grudge And won’t pick certain players he doesn’t like.

You have to be professional and not hold grudges - select players on form.

Yeah that was as bad as it gets. This whole strategy of Hughes stinks at the moment. Feels like one huge unorganised mess.

Asking Sparks for a quality replacement will be as successful as wandering into a lion's enclosure at the zoo and asking for a piece of the meat.
