Reactions on here would have us believe (not a word to be used lightly) that we lost not won. A little entertainment wouldn't go amiss, we the fans, have been put through the mangle this year and only a top 6 finish will erase the pain of the last few months. But who knows what the future might hold..you never really know.

 

We won and are unbeaten in 4, two goals conceded at home in 5 games, and yet people are still complaining - you couldn’t make it up.

How many times have we won two on the trot at home this season. Not. Many I would suggest .
We are much harder to beat Wyke is looking a different player with Kai taking a lot of the physical stuff of him.

MKD were definitely the better team in the 1st half and, although we improved in the 2nd, it didn’t look like a side fighting for promotion against a team fighting league survival.

 

i think graysons finally clocked wyke needs a partner up front, from what i read of the match reports bruenkers maybe trying too hard to score at the moment, i really hope he gets one so his head doesnt go down as i feel like hes bringing more out of wyke by launching himself at everything so wyke no longer has to

 

We could have feckin Pep Guardiola running the ship and fordy would moan about how clueless he is...how he doesn't know how to pick a side and how shit we are...he revels in his misery...its his milieu...some people paint in oil....he paints in moans...its his true medium...he is a master.

 

Not the best game I watched, but the conditions were a mess as well. Thought we just edged it, they looked good going forward made some fast breaks, but lack a punch up front. One or two of their players looked disinterested, which is a shame as that was their cup match, one player who came on managed to keep his strip clean for half an hour.

We struggled at times, and we just struggle playing the long ball as the midfield always seem a long way back.However, we battled onand did what was necessary to get the win. We are now learning how to win dirty. Something we haven’t managed to do for a couple of seasons. We have 3 more points, I bet there are a few nervous looks in our direction from the teams in front of us.

Whether we deserved it or not, like Rochdale, we have 3 points, we didn’t deserve what happened last year at Wembley either, getting beat by a team who only managed to squeeze into the playoffs, by an offside goal, it’s football it happens I couldn’t careless, we are digging in just in case any of the others slip up.

 

It doesn't matter now though, the seasons gone. We've got nothing to play for and the football is dull. There are more reasons to moan than get behind this current team.
