    Strangely a mate of mine was at a wedding at the Bankfield Hotel a few weeks ago and saw Mezza at breakfast. My friend is a Leeds fan so only knew who it was through a friend of his, or he wouldn't have realised. I found it odd because he should be living in London and be in pre season with Millwall. Maybe he was just visiting a friend who knows.

    Steve Morison did an interview when he left on loan calling out a player for problems with the squad and said "if the truth about him came out, he would be banned and never play again".... days later Meredith has his squad number stripped and told not to report back for training. Could be a 1+1=3 deal, but doesn't sound like a good situation for him especially after signing a long term deal 12 month back. Apparently was on trial/training with Burton last week.

    Good luck to him, always gave 100% here and played a big part in some of my best memories supporting the club.
