That is what I said, just in different words. There bigger, more serious problem is elsewhere. And until we resolve on a position with more suitable exec level leadership, changing the manager is moot. Start at the root of the problem.

This season is going to be shit. Let's do things properly for once and start where we need to start.

 

Rupp and Rhodes are obvious issues but they aren't changing easily.

In the short term we need a manager to lead the club......like Parkinson......its the easiest way to turn it around.

If we're waiting for a root and branch infrastructure change we'll be playing in the Narional League before it finishes.

Simon Parker can't/doesn't question the in's and out's of the club, we have the same main sponsors, we put in rubbish performances @wetherbywhaler will defend them, Rhodes needs to leave - says hes leaving but he's still here. Rupp owns the club but acts like he doesn't give a damn about it but ringfenced from abuse.

It really is a question of who really has the clubs interests at heart because it's a mess! People just need to start being honest. It's not good enough. McCall we love him but he isn't a good enough manager and needs to leave.

We have football club which seems to believe that the root of our problem is a bit of name calling on Twitter.

Not to be funny, but that's another lame excuse. We have no idea what interest might exist - from what I hear, interest does exist - but either way that doesn't for a second preclude finding a CEO who's forward thinking, or negate criticism of Rupp for not finding and funding a more capable leader of the club. Tha problems go higher than the manager, and unless those problems are solved then no manager will be successful here.

I dont think we're necessarily saying different things. Changing manager wont take this club forward over the long term. But it might be necessary to save the club from relegation because right now, we look every inch relegation candidates

100%. So while I fully agree with you about the general stuff, right now we have really urgent issues that can only probably be fixed by finding someone to turn this horror show on the pitch around.

 

Rhodes will have to do as he is told, that will/must come from Rupp.

He keeps chopping and changing from a back 4 to back 3
He does not know his best eleven
Our back 3 or 4 do not know how to play together they make the same mistakes week in week out
If mccal stays he needs a new backroom staff

A midfield coach
A attacking coach
