    Seems about right.

    The Collins era did it for me. But the Hopkin era is even worse. Times are not good at VP.

    I vividly remember a pre match speech from Wetherby Whaler, we were at home to MK Dons and I was entertaining friends. He was pointing out, with a certain degree of pride and indeed relish, the misfortunes of our near neighbours, whose finances were in disarray..as were things on the pitch at the time. The comparison was put into sharp focus with our Club's buoyancy and our successes on the pitch, due to prudent and judicious management.
    Oh how I would love to hear those words again today!
    I just hope that the holes in the team aren't accompanied by holes in our financial affairs which have taken us back 4 years. Investment is critical as a life line and future stability and success of BCAFC.
