Nah, Leicester will sack Rodgers and he’ll go to Cardiff.

 

I don't see much risk of him leaving at the moment, championship clubs had the chance to get him when he was a free agent so they won't go for him now that they'll have to pay compensation. Also he's not really achieved anything with us as it stands that will get him noticed by other clubs that he hadn't done before.

Comparing Bradford and Cardiff, it's laughable.

I'm very much in agreement with @Fordy117 here. Too many assumptions here in terms of relegation and promotion. Cardiff are in a position, our club, could only wish for.

We still have an owner here, that has FAILED our club, not his.

Agree. Didn’t work for years, gets into a club where his work seems to be taking a nice shape and gelling together. I’d very expect he will complete this season with us at a minimum……he’d be daft to do otherwise IMO.

Not wanting to be a killjoy but can anyone think of any examples of a lower league manager who has turned down jobs for more money in a higher league because they 'have a project to finish'. These scenarios always play out the same way with the manager riding off into the sunset. Hope I'm wrong when the inevitable happens and a big club come calling.

If a big club comes in for him he'll be off. It's naive to assume otherwise. The better we do, the more likely it is to happen, especially as we approach sacking season.
