Management trio. How long do they have?

With the squad we've got, Playoffs should be the aim. We'd be expecting nothing different if McCall was in charge and I don't see why Collins should be entitled to more leeway just because he's young and inexperienced. He's not here on work experience, he's the manager of Bradford City and its up to him to deliver success.

 

A poor start won't help but remember our promotion to premiere season when we had a very poor start.It was after we won 2-0 at West Brom that our season turned after that game.

Some patience is needed but there's a lot of frustration among fans after second half of last season but recruitment last season and this are different as chalk and cheese.

I would be happy if we got to play offs or even very close by playing good attractive football.

Maybe then we can concentrate on a promising future on the pitch rather than matters off the pitch.

 

On one hand I want to agree with what @Tawheed says but on the other hand, we probably shouldn't expect too much this season.

Personally top 6 would be the minimum I'd say for any other manager but I think it maybe more realistic to say top 10. Anything lower than that and collins should go. And if it all goes tits up, I won't be blaming the rookie and his assistant that's for sure.

 

Agreed, the blame for any potential mess shouldn't lie with people who never expected to get the job.

Lose the job? Yes, definitely, because we need the right people in the right positions. But blamed? Nope, not for me.

The reason we are lacking in the striker front is due to the ongoing Wyke saga. I don't blame the chairman for holding out for a better fee for him but it's put us in a situation where we will struggle to get someone in. We may have one lined up already plus now supposedly chasing Doyle but are waiting for the Wyke deal to go through and if not just bring the one in.

 

They're out of their depth.

The sooner we get rid the better.

 

The Wyke saga definitely explains the threat of losing our top striker and potentially struggling to replace him.

It doesn't explain the lack of credible options, though.

The obvious answer is, it depends on our results.
No one knows how this will pan out. Why not give it a chance instead of doom and gloom predictions and jumping to conclusions.
At least it's going to be interesting, which is more than can be said for the football under Hoofball Grayson.
