Macclesfield Ticket Refund

    A work colleague can't make the game so he wants a refund. He paid with it using his bank card, does he need to take it with him for a refund or can he get his dad do to do it with no band card.

    Hi he needs to use the card paid with and one copy of the receipt requires a signature.

    I live in Harrogate and work alot so it's hard to get to the ground I've got 5 tickets to get refunded.
    All of us also booked Tuesday off to go :mad:
    But can't make the Saturday

    Went down on Monday to get a refund I was not sure which card I'd paid on the lad in the office said it didnt matter they could refund either card.
