I don't care what the maths are telling. I am telling you about football.

We lose tomorrow then we put extreme pressure on ourselves going into the Oxford game.

Plus we only have 24 points left to play for.

Both Shrewsbury and Bristol Rovers are away from home and we're at home tomorrow. We have to believe that 1 or if not both of them will drop points.

We're running out of games and for me we need to win all our home games including tomorrow to have a fighting chance.

Okay Mr iknowfootball but we have to face facts wins for us have been rarer than you getting anything right Luton on the other hand are carrying all before them. Yes it would be great to get a good result but a negative one doesn’t mean we are down.

I agree we have to try and win every match not just the home matches. You sound like it is a choice for the team as to whether we win or not! I have no doubt we will going for a win tomorrow it will be full steam ahead, but things happens in matches which with the best will in the world we have no control over. As fans we need to vocally support our team, both on and off the pitch.

I think now is the best time to play them given their last couple of results. We have to go for it though, none of the negative flat back 5, players out of position defensive shite which we played at their place, otherwise we'll get smashed. Thankfully Gary is now in charge and I don't see us setting up defensively or negatively under him.

I know "attack is the best form of defence" is a cliche but it's so apt for us - the more we do going forward, the less our defenders have to do and I think that'll be the case tomorrow.

Hatter here. Looking forward to tomorrow despite the pretty dire weather forecast, 2 inches of rain followed by a gale. Any chance of it being off? Does your pitch drain okay? As for the game, tough in that we were at Plymouth on Saturday, not back until midnight and up the Bradford today. Sounds like the conditions might make it a vague lottery. Having said that our team are definitely not southern softies, they can mix it with the best and work extremely hard every game. We don't let many in. We both need the points - big night for us, if we won and Barnsley beat Sunderland we would have more than one foot in the championship. Lose and Sunderland win and it is all to play for. So important both ways. There have probably only been a couple of games this season where we have not been fully on it, so don't expect it to anything other than a battle to the last minute. Normally I would expect Luton to lose a game like this, this season I don't

With regards promotion Luton and Barnsley are the two teams who have impressed me the most, that may sound daft after both Sunderland and Pompey have both done the double over us this season.
So I'm take both you and Barnsley for the auto places, apart from Tuesday night I hope you then go onto win your remaining games especially Gillingham, Bristol Rovers, Wimbledon and Oxford .

We’ve had our pitch ‘re-done’ but it seems we got some local gypo’s to do at the same time as they tarmaced our ex chairman’s driveway.

I think it is 18,000 with potential to increase to 25,000. Part of a massive development in the town centre, almost £600mn worth and being planned and developed by our fans group who own the club. We love Kennilworth Rd but it is so far past its sell before date. It will be a Party in the gale tomorrow - this is a lot more than just a new football ground but a lifeline for a desperately run down town

No body makes you read the comments.
They are doing very well to say 3/4 years ago they were non-league, credit to them as a club.

No one seems to have had a guess as to what the team will be tonight. So....

    O'Donnell

    Caddis-O,Connor-Knight-Percival-Chicksen

    Butterfield-Akpan-O'Brien-Anderson

    Ball
    Doyle

Not sure who the subs will be? I anticipate that Woods and Mellor will be out. Playing on a very heavy pitch, then I would guess suggest that they will not play, that is if they are even fit.
Not sure what has happened to Connor Wood? I think he will be on the bench as a full back/midfield cover. I also anticipate that Paudie O’Connor may make the bench.
Other than that the others who were on the bench on Saturday may well be there again. Payne, Miller, Wilson, Clarke and Maltby (to satisfy the regulations for a home grown player.

Anyone know what has happened to Coalville and Divine?

Weather a severe:)eek:) Gale! Strong Showers with rain drops that pierce armour plating!

Cold in the wind. 14,985 as the official (sic) attendance.

A lottery for the result. If we can score first, l fancy our chances to get something out of the game.

No rain for a couple of hours and a drying wind so maybe the pitch wont be as bad as some are making out.

I hope Butterfield has noticed that the pitch in the corner by the NW corner is a mudbath already, no point in going down that channel, cut in son and park your arse in the penalty area.
Hopefully Doyle and Ball will be there waiting for you.

Whatever the result, the team has to go for it, none of this "just one shot on target in 45 minutes" mularkey that we were getting used to under Hopkin.

If he's not injured I'm struggling to see what he's done wrong to not be included on the bench.

I'm bored of hearing the phrase "At this moment in time". It must have been said 10 times in the first five minutes of the coverage! What's wrong with saying "now" instead?

I think we’ve worked the ball reasonably well at times. Something there to build on.

Agree completely with the second bit though.
