I stopped been a season ticket holder a couple of years ago so it’s virtually impossible for me to get tickets for certain away games now, and I’ve not done Harrogate yet either…

 

Cheap tickets , cheap squad……? It has to end if we want progress without the financial support from the owner. Can’t have it both ways. This is the first season where that lack of financial backing to progress rather than stand still is staring us in the face. Other club owners, certainly 5-6 in the division, have left us well behind.
Couple that with MH and his squad legacy and what do we have? Going backwards?

 

Luddfoot, practically, isn’t much different to Hebden and Heptonstall. But that Burnley Road area is less practical than the Ripponden in terms of Manchester airport.
Cragg Vale area is lovely - when people talk about outskirts areas of Bradford being nice, the Calder valley is on a different level

My god, that is infuriating

I never leave early, but as soon as the 5th went in on Saturday, I walked. I sit next to the away fans, and I absolutely refused to give them the satisfaction of seeing my miserable despairing mug looking back at them. But the main reason I walked was because if I saw any of our park-esque fans applauding us off after shipping 5 goals in the manner we did, I wouldn't have been able to hold back

Just listening to the fans arguing with each other throughout the game and on the way out, shows we have hit rock bottom. I honestly cannot work out how some fans are STILL in denial

 

I maybe wrong but I had it in my head that it was Luddendenfoot. I also remember reading he sometimes takes a helicopter ride from the Airport.

 

I've walked the Calderdale way, which goes right through Cragg Vale, Heptonstall, Pecketts Well and all over the tops - there are some fantastic properties up there.

 

I agree…. Prices have to rise sometime. We’ve had a good period of stable prices but it can’t last forever. The prices rises and two home defeats couldn’t have been timed worse from a commercial point of view!

Obviously meeting in a supermarket is not the best place/time to keep him talking, it would have been interesting to ask which team selections did he disagree with, and who would you have picked instead, but more so why.
I'd think he'd find that difficult to answer maybe he picked up on what fans were saying when we saw that starting 11, and thought it was something he could trot out because he knows football.

 

Fair comment mate let's hope there is some truth in the American rumour.

 

As we discussed on the phone I believe Ryan said in the Radio Leeds chat Rupp hasn't had any input financially with regards the player budget then tell a fan he personally put ,£500,000 in from his own pocket, someone's telling fibs.

 

I know David Brent has dead eyes, but I wouldn't be scared of him. He's a pussy.
