    I've got to admit I'm not over excited about the Lee Novak signing: not a brilliant scoring record, only 6ft tall, too old, struggling Scunthorpe United don't want him etc. It's the last day of the window for goodness sake, he's the same age as Vaughan and Doyle and who's to say it won't work out for him and us.
    Fans Forum and Twitter is all about different opinions, and I wonder what comments would have been coming out if these platforms for fan's opinion had been around when we signed a certain Robert Campbell.
    After been kicked out of Huddersfield Town and Halifax Town he had a go to Australia to get a game. Halifax Town used to drag him out of The Shay public house before a game! Oh and Bobby was only 6ft tall as well.

    I think it's the problem. Everybody can become an expert looking up stats and watching youtube videos. Rather than just waiting to see what their new signings do on a Saturday. We start off on a negative straight away.

    yep agree on the forward fella I think we definitely do, I don’t think we have much pace in the team with a NovDon pairing, although I think they will give us some bite up top.

    You cannot change your system to accommodate one player, look what putting the ginger Twit back in the team did. We're currently a strikers graveyard, and that ain't gonna change overnight.

    I personally feel a fit Novak will turn out to be an astute signing by the club.
    Nice to see a forward who stays on his feet.
    Last night's finish was clinical to say the least, something that's sadly been missing of late.
