This is Fordy literally anything is possible. Tbf Wright is no worse than Akpan. Sorry that’s the nicest thing I can say about him.

Palmer has been a massive disappointment
Cooke has potential.

For me me Bowyer highlights he can't get the best out of players. Wright and Doyle are prime examples.

We miss goals from the centre of the park and Josh Wright is scoring that's all I am saying.

 

Looks like he's the only one in that side seeing as they are 21st in the league.

 

Doubt any you have mentioned will score more than 15 goals this season
If Doyle does it only proves what a poor manager GB is to move him on
JH could only start on the bench yesterday and although I was a big fan when he was a City player his game time will be limited
Our strikers concern me I think Vaughan needs to forget about playing the "hard man" and concentrate on what he is paid to do "Score Goals !!!!
Donaldson won't play much after Christmas his best days are behind him and it's starting to show
We not only need a back up striker for them both we need a 20 goal a season striker rare animals I know but it's what's needed

Or that he couldn't fit into our system and was taking up to much in wages. Also if he was unhappy then it's very unlikely he would have scored the amount of goals for us as he has done for Swindon and a big part of him doing well at Swindon is because of Ritchie Welllens who no doubt gets on very well with him and knows how to make him tick.

So O'Donnell and AOC looking like different players and Wood looking like fulfilling his potential is just a fluke then? He's generally brought in better than what we had imo name one hes brought in that's worse than last season bar oteh who the jurys still out on, got Paudie on a permanent deal and got him playing well and has turned us into a nasty hard to beat team from the set of absolute jessies we were last season.

Wrights gone back to where hes historically done well and Doyles with a manager who it's well noted he has a strong relationship with so I don't agree he cant get the best out of the players we have. Sure we aren't where we need to be in terms of performances but I doubt Bowyer himself would disagree either. From what it seems like we battered Scunny but our front two let us down which isn't a situation I think will happen much more over the course of the season, bar Donaldson who is essentially a L2 heskey and not up there to bang 20 goals in anyway. We have goals coming from elsewhere on the pitch bar the middle so I'm not overly worried about that tbh, as long the central pair use the ball intelligently and get it up the pitch to the wingers or forwards that'll do.
