The most obvious thing sadly lacking across this bloody total car crash of a football club is real direction and LEADERSHIP!

Rupp & Rahic: one continually absent and seemingly hesitant/ unwilling to become directly involved. The other now mercifully dethroned but who's behaviour was of a dangerously deranged and egotistical megalomaniac seemingly hell bent on the destruction of everything and everyone around him. IMPOSSIBLE LEADERSHIP!

Rhodes: with the walls starting to crumble, surprisingly re-emerging as some kind of white knight to the rescue but who in truth by selling out to Rupp/ Rahic was partly culpable for the whole bloody shambles in the first place. Never a frontman and no indication of whether his involvement is for the longer or short term. DESPERATE AND UNCERTAIN LEADERSHIP!

Mason: he's no fool and quickly realised the total impossibility of continuing to operate under the Rahic regime and he's gone and never replaced! A HUGE GAP IN LEADERSHIP!

The Three Stooges: Abbott, Collins & Drury: the most desperate nonsensical concoction of a management team ever! Abbott, dealing with his personal serious illness and tasked in his hospital bed with playing football manager in assembling an entirely new playing squad whist Collins & Drury incredulous to their luck at taking the reins fumble and stumble around trying to piece a few left foot, right foot routines in a total non pre-season. I feared at the time what a disastrous appointment this would be and predicted relegation. I regret now not staking money on that! AMATEUR AND CRAZY LEADERSHIP!

Hopkin: takes up the management reins from the hapless and futile Collins! Struggles with the squad and implementing an effective game plan but then suddenly enjoys a brief hiatus of positive results only to loose his way again and for performances to slump back into mediocrity. Realises it's a hopeless cause and decides to jump ship before going down with it. POOR LEADERSHIP!

Bowyer: our fifth appointment in a little over twelve months! Pretty much says it all and if he manages to keep us up by winning five of the next six games it will be nothing short if a bloody miracle! CHAOTIC SHORT TERM LEADERSHIP!

Wright, O'Connor, Caddis, Akpan: Captains? Do me a favour! The armband being tossed around like a snot rag! I know it's a hopeless comparison with this current crop but where's the McCall/ Jones type character driving us on? ON PITCH LEADERSHIP ZILCH!

Anyone knows that no business/ group can hope to operate successfully without proper LEADERSHIP. There's been no direction and organisation at any level throughout the Club all season and hence the desperate plight we find ourselves in now

The crazy thing is that as fans we are invited to renew season tickets and just blindly buy into a completely uncertain future without a single clue as to what the Club will represent going forward. It's like handing over your hard earned wages for a car that you don't know the make of and have never ever seen!

It's one thing hearing that Rupp is prepared to stomach the financial losses this season but what's the vision going forward into next season? Accepting baring a miracle we're heading back down into the L2 abyss then what's the plan?Is there going to be some serious investment to aid the assembly of the best and biggest group of brickshithouses available to enable us to properly compete and smash ourselves past the already better equipped sides that we will encounter in the L2 hell hole!

It pains me to say it but never in my coming up 45 years as a supporter and season ticket holder have l felt such an uncomfortable feeling of disenfranchisement nay bordering on hatred at the running of my Club. The level of incompetence shown from top to bottom at the Club is staggering. Added to which the way we have now almost certainly succeeded in so recklessly tossing away all the hard work and progress achieved over recent years.

We are now regrettably sliding back into a period of serous regression and with the very real possibility that it could very quickly become a whole lot worse!

It's time for Rupp/ Rhodes and the board of quasi-directors to step out of the shadows and urgently show some true LEADERSHIP at BCAFC!

Too late. These points have been made all season .............. And how they were addressed, now see City lying in 24th place.

I fully appreciate what has been stated ............. That which we all knew.

However - As from May, City will be a league 2 (Div 4) Club ........... A departing CEO, little cash (if any), no assets, and even less hope, other than from supporters. I would dearly like to know, therefore, where 'any' such leadership - in any direction is going to come from ?

In terms of the playing side .... Without great investment, we are stuck with the crap on our books, and are likely to attract only has been players and Manager for 2019/20

So leadership .............. Lets cut to the chase, take any hit, and start over - Clear the friggin' deck !! I understand this will mean a few years of hardship for the Club, and fans. But sometimes it's better to start afresh and rebuild, than keep plastering over the same cracks. A short term repair is just that - SHORT TERM.

Agree entirely Ronnie and that's why l'm saying Rupp/ Rhodes et al need to step up urgently and provide a clear steer as to the overall situation and the vision going forward. If they aren't willing/ able to do so then we really are looking rudderless and heading into the storm.

Almost inevitably our destiny is now down amongst the cesspit of L2. Although, as you say, it's gong to need a complete root and branch job. Crucially ensuring that we get the right man at the helm but equally on the field where this hopelessly botched together bunch of underachieving misfits require a complete culling and fresh start made!

There's going to be hardship alright and an awful lot of pain. In fact assuming limited investment then most probably the situation is going to get a whole lot bloody worse before the tide ever turns for us again.

Life jackets, paddles and buckets at the ready!

You're comment with regards Julian is totally wrong, I'm given to believe after John Dewhirst had spoken with Stefan it was Stefan who invited Julian back to try and sort Rahic's mess out, and the more and more that was uncovered with regards what was happening at Valley Parade under Rahic made his position untenable and he left under a dark cloud.
When these two purchased our club Julian offered to ease them in and said he would be available as and when required I believe it was only weeks rather than months that Julian's services were not required, and we all now realise why, because with someone watching what Rahic was doing and realised it was not in the best interests of our club Rahic would soon be found out.

I'm totally in agreement with the rest of your post.
